How cashback works

When you shop at a store through Khareedhi, the store pays us for sending you, and we pass cashback on to you. Your price at the store stays exactly the same.

Four steps

  1. Sign in and pick a storeFind the store on Khareedhi and tap Shop. We tag your visit, so the store knows the order came from you.
  2. Buy as you normally wouldOn the store’s website or app, in the same session. Use the store’s own offers and payment options as usual.
  3. Cashback shows as pendingUsually within a day or two of your order, once the store reports it.
  4. It’s confirmed, then yoursAfter the store’s return window closes and it approves the order. Withdraw to any UPI ID from ₹250.

How much you get

Each store shows its rate, like Up to 4.9% cashback. “Up to” is there because stores pay different rates for different things: new or returning customers, product categories, app or website. The cashback shown is what you get at your level; the final amount depends on what the store actually pays for your order.

Cashback is calculated on the amount you pay, after discounts and excluding taxes, delivery and gift wrap. If you return or cancel part of an order, the cashback on that part is removed.

Earn more as you shop

Everyone starts at the Starter level. Confirmed orders and completed payouts in the last 12 months move you up to Silver and then Gold, each paying more cashback on every order. Your wallet shows your level and what the next one needs.

New members also get a sign-up bonus once their first purchase is confirmed, and every member has a personal invite link: when a friend joins through it and their first purchase is confirmed, you both get a bonus. The current amounts are in your wallet.

Why it can take weeks to confirm

Stores pay commission only for orders that stay bought. They wait until the return and cancellation window is over, then approve or decline each order. That usually takes 30 to 90 days, depending on the store. Each store page shows its usual time.

Making sure your order is tracked

  • Start from Khareedhi each time, and finish the order in the same visit.
  • Turn off ad blockers and tracking-protection for the store while you shop.
  • Don’t use another cashback or coupon site for the same order: the store credits the last site you came from.
  • If you shop in the store’s app, open the app from the Khareedhi link rather than from your home screen.
  • Use the store’s coupons listed on Khareedhi, or the store’s own. Coupons from other websites can cancel the cashback.

If an order doesn’t appear within 3 days, report it from your wallet with the order number. We check it with the store.

Getting paid

Confirmed cashback collects in your wallet. From ₹250 you can withdraw it to any UPI ID. We send it within 3 working days. We never ask for card numbers or bank account details.
