Terms of use and cashback rules

These terms apply to everyone who uses khareedhi.com and to every Khareedhi account. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Khareedhi.

1. What Khareedhi is

Khareedhi (“we”) lists online stores, their offers and coupon codes. When you follow a link from Khareedhi to a store and buy something, the store may pay us a commission through an affiliate network. We share part of that commission with members as cashback. We don’t sell anything ourselves: your purchase is a contract between you and the store, under the store’s own terms, prices, delivery, returns and warranty.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and live in India to earn cashback.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and can’t be transferred.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Give a real name and an email address you can receive mail at.

3. How cashback is earned

  • Cashback is earned only on orders that start from a Shop or deal link on Khareedhi while you are signed in, and are completed in that visit.
  • The amount is your level’s share of the commission the store actually pays us for your order (see section 4), unless a store page says otherwise. Rates shown on the site are the maximum a store pays and can change at any time without notice; the rate that counts is the one the store applies to your order.
  • Cashback is calculated on the amount you pay, after discounts, excluding taxes, delivery, gift wrap and similar charges.
  • Cashback is pending until the store approves the order, and only becomes confirmed when we receive the store’s approval. Stores decide which orders qualify; their decision is final. Returned, cancelled, exchanged or unpaid orders don’t earn cashback, and cashback already confirmed for such orders may be removed.
  • A store may exclude certain products, payment methods, coupon codes or sales events. Coupons from other websites, ad blockers, private browsing and switching devices can stop an order from being tracked. We can’t pay cashback on an order the store doesn’t credit to us.
  • Missing orders must be reported from your wallet within 30 days of the order date. We pass the report to the store; we can’t guarantee the store will accept it.

4. Levels, bonuses and referrals

  • Levels. Every member starts at the first level. Higher levels pay more cashback and are reached by confirmed orders and completed payouts, both counted over the last 12 months. Your wallet shows your level and what the next level needs. A sale is credited at the level you have when the store first reports it; later level changes don’t change cashback already recorded. If your confirmed orders or payouts over the last 12 months fall below a level’s requirement, you move down to the level they meet.
  • Sign-up bonus. New members receive the sign-up bonus shown in their wallet once their first purchase through Khareedhi is confirmed by the store. It is paid once per person.
  • Referrals. When someone you invite with your personal link creates an account and their first purchase is confirmed, you and they each receive the referral bonus shown in your wallet, provided that first order meets the minimum shown there. Inviting yourself, or accounts created from the same connection, don’t count. Referral bonuses are limited per month, as shown in your wallet.
  • Bonuses are confirmed cashback once credited and can be withdrawn like any other confirmed cashback. We may change bonus amounts and level shares for the future; bonuses and cashback already credited stay as they are.

5. Withdrawals

  • Confirmed cashback can be withdrawn to a UPI ID in your name once it reaches ₹250.
  • We aim to pay within 3 working days of your request. Check your UPI ID carefully: a payment sent to the UPI ID you entered counts as paid.
  • Cashback has no value outside Khareedhi until it is paid to you. It isn’t a deposit, it earns no interest, and it can’t be exchanged for anything else.
  • We may ask you to confirm your identity before paying, especially for large or unusual amounts.

6. Fair use

We may withhold or cancel cashback and bonuses and suspend or close accounts involved in fraud or abuse, including fake or self-referred orders or sign-ups, multiple accounts, automated clicks, orders for resale where the store forbids it, or anything a store reports as fraudulent. If we close your account for these reasons, unpaid cashback is forfeited.

7. Content on the site

We check offers and coupon codes every night, but stores change and withdraw them without telling us. Prices, offers and availability are the store’s; always check them at the store before you buy. Store names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify the stores.

8. Changes and ending

We may change these terms. We’ll show the date of the latest version at the top of this page, and tell members by email about changes that affect cashback they have already earned. You can close your account at any time by emailing us; withdraw your confirmed cashback first. If we ever stop running Khareedhi, we’ll give members at least 30 days’ notice to withdraw their confirmed cashback.

9. Liability

Khareedhi is provided as it is. We aren’t responsible for stores’ products, services, prices, delivery or conduct, or for a store or network not tracking, approving or paying for an order. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the confirmed cashback in your account.
