Regarding Cashback Functionality
Follow these simple steps to earn extra cashback:
- Login to our website & select your choice of coupon/deal from any retailer.
- Click on any coupon/deal to be redirected to our retailer’s website to redeem the coupon or to avail the offer.
- Place your order for the product /service on the retailer’s website as you normally do.
- Your cashback will be tracked and updated in your dashboard within 72 hours.
- Your cashback will be updated as payable within 90 days from transaction.
- You can transfer your cashback to your bank account or redeem it as gift voucher.
We hate to attach terms & conditions. Hence, we request you to take care of the following for smooth cashback tracking and redemption.
- Login to your account on our website before clicking on any coupon/deal.
- Add products/services in your cart only after you visit retailer’s store by clicking any link from our website.
- Place order in one session without visiting other website.
- Do not use any other coupon code apart from what is mentioned on our website.
- Do not use Ad blockers/browser extensions as they prevent tracking of cashback or sale.
In addition to discounts on online shopping using coupons and deals listed on our website, we also give you an option of earning extra cashback on your online shopping. Stores that have additional cashback can be identified by looking for labels under coupon/deal title like ‘Earn up to 5% Cashback from Khareedhi’ or ‘Earn up to Rs. 100 Cashback from Khareedhi’.
This cashback amount can be transferred to your bank account as cash. You may also redeem cashback for gift vouchers from favorite stores.
Retailers like Flipkart, Snapdeal and few other allow cashback earned from orders placed through them to be redeemed as gift vouchers only. To make this easily understandable, this cashback type is used as reward.
Also, the referral amount you earn by referring your friends is termed as reward.
This reward amount can be redeemed for gift vouchers from the listed stores.
- Tracked – When you place an order via our website with any retailer, within 72 hours your transaction is captured and updated as tracked.
- Validated – When your tracked order is confirmed by the retailer about its eligibility for cashback/reward, the status is updated as validated.
- Rejected – Cancelled or fraudulent transactions are tagged as rejected.
- Payable – Once the cashback on your transaction is confirmed by the retailer and we receive the commission on your order, the cashback/reward is available for redemption.
- Claimed – Cashback/reward redeemed is updated as claimed.
The cashback process is such that we have to wait for the retailer or affiliate network to confirm us that the purchase was not returned or exchanged. Some retailers also use this time to validate if the sale has met all conditions to award cashback.
We constantly work with retailers and affiliate networks to reduce this wait period. However, just to be on the safe side we inform you that it may usually take 4-8 weeks for a transaction to be confirmed.
It can take up to 72 hours for us to get your transaction details. In case your transaction is not tracked even after 72 hours, please click here and file a ‘Missing Cashback Claim’ for the transaction which was not tracked. Please note, retailers accept missing claims for cashback only until 10th day from the date of purchase.
No, the cashback/reward in your account never expires. It’s your money and you can withdraw/redeem it anytime.
No, there is absolutely no cost or fee for withdrawals.
When your cashback/reward reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold, you can redeem it by:
- Cashback – Bank transfer or Gift voucher
- Reward – Gift voucher from the list of listed retailers
It takes up to 3 business days for us to process your request.
Depending on the mode of withdrawal/redemption, the minimum amount is set to:
- Bank Transfer – Rs. 250
- Gift Voucher – Rs. 100
You can earn reward for each friend who registers using your referral code and fulfills the referral eligibility criteria. There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer, so you can potentially earn an unlimited amount of reward for referring your friends to our website.

When you sign up with us using a referral code, a reward amount is added to your account.

Usually, it takes up to 72 hours for us to track and update your transaction in your dashboard. If it has already been 72 hours and yet it is not reflecting in your dashboard, you can create missing cashback claim.
Raise missing cashback claim by mentioning all information for us to track your claim.
If your transaction was performed before 10 days, we cannot accept your missing cashback claim. We are extremely sorry, as this is a rule imposed on us by our affiliate networks, who would not handle any claims older than this.
If your missing cashback claim has been rejected then we’re extremely sorry, but there is very little we can do.
When cashback claims are rejected, we may not be informed of the reason. However, the reason may be that the retailer has already paid your cashback as commission to another website or there might have been a tracking issue due to ad-block, incorrect cookie setup etc.
It may seem harsh, but there is virtually no chance of getting back your cashback if it has already been paid to another website or not tracked properly due to various reasons such as ad-blocks, compliance issue with T&C.
This is why we are very keen on members clicking through to the retailers website and completing their transaction immediately and wholly online. Even better would be, if you could clear cookies before clicking through our website as this would then reduce the chance of your cashback being linked to another website.
