- Tracked – When you place an order via our website with any retailer, within 72 hours your transaction is captured and updated as tracked.
- Validated – When your tracked order is confirmed by the retailer about its eligibility for cashback/reward, the status is updated as validated.
- Rejected – Cancelled or fraudulent transactions are tagged as rejected.
- Payable – Once the cashback on your transaction is confirmed by the retailer and we receive the commission on your order, the cashback/reward is available for redemption.
- Claimed – Cashback/reward redeemed is updated as claimed.
